Pricing

FOB pricing is as per ICI or Argus index.

CIF pricing is calculated based on following overhead costs:

  • Indonesia export tax
  • Insurance (on actuals)
  • Cost of shipping (on actuals)
  • Importing country taxes
  • Vessel to port unloading cost (on actuals)
  • Port to door delivery cost (on actuals)

Besides the fixed variables mentioned above, there maybe other factors affecting the cost:

  • Fluctuating price of the index
  • Time of the year
  • International crude prices
  • Political stability
  • Choice of ports and their location
  • Currency fluctuation
